CHRISTIAN GROWTH:

ADULT EDUCATION CLASSES -- Meet at 10 a.m. each Sunday. A variety of drop-in classes for inquiring minds interested in lifelong learning. We're the kind of church that encourages members to grapple with their faith and address doubts head-on.

LECTIONARY CLASS--Meets each Tuesday.

NEWPORT ADULT FELLOWSHIP: All adults are invited to social and recreational activities planned by these groups.

KRUIZERS -- People ages 25-50 (no ID required!) gather for fellowship on the third or fourth Saturday of each month.

GOD STORIES --  This class is taught by Jim Patten and several other class members. This is the class where we celebrate literature and the religious imagination. We read a short story before coming to class and then discuss it in class. You will need the book, God: Stories, edited by C. Michael Curtis; contact the church office if you need us to order one for you.  This class will start up again next spring.

PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN--Five circles meet monthly for Bible study, fellowship, and service.

SATURDAY MEN'S BREAKFAST GROUP--Meets weekly at Denny's in Renton at 8:00 a.m.
MEN'S BIKING GROUP--Meets each Monday, year-round, for biking excursions.
MEN'S HIKING GROUP--Meets each Thursday, year-round, for hiking excursions.
GARDENING CREW -- Meets each Friday, 10:00 a.m., to keep our grounds beautiful.
NEWSLETTER CREW--Meets on the first and third Mondays, 1:00 p.m., to prepare the church newsletter for bulk mailing.
BRUNCH BUNCH--Meets twice on month (second and fourth Thursdays) in homes for brunch and book discussion.
PLAY READING GROUP--Dramatic types meet quarterly to read and discuss plays, and enjoy dessert and fellowship.
ALL CHURCH CAMPING TRIP AND RETREAT--Held over Labor Day weekend at Twin Harbors State Park on the ocean. Family fellowship, group study and discussion, and a beach worship service are included. Call the church office at 425-746-6111 to sign up.
